It is very important to us that our customers let us know if they have an issue with their chemisette that prevents them from wearing them or that prevent them from functioning as explained on our website.

We make every effort to provide a product of the highest possible quality, using high quality materials and skilled seamstresses. Because all of our chemisettes are hand-crafted, sometimes human error occurs. For example, a button may not be sewn on securely. We change the materials as necessary, most often to improve the quality of the final product.

If you are the recipient of a chemisette with a quality issue, we ask you to give us the opportunity to replace it with one that meets our usual high quality standards. Simply call or send an email with the style #, size (found on the back of the chemisette and on the back of the package), and your postal address. We will send a replacement along with a pre-addressed, postage-paid return envelope for you to return the original.

Occasionally a customer may feel that their chemisette is not fitting or functioning the way we promise it will. Please contact us and let us help. We can usually resolve issues by sharing tips on using the elastic loops to tweak the fit or by exchanging for another size.
